The Audi A6 is a mid sized luxury car that was first introduced in 1994. Available as both a wagon (Avant) or a sedan, the first generation A6 was also available with several different engines, including two diesel engines and most available with Quattro, or all wheel, drive. Audi is a German auto based maker and has been a popular brand in Europe much longer than it has been in the United States.
